Ommetje Nederland information in English

Ommetje Nederland is a game on top of Geocaching that attempts to have a geocache in every township in the Netherlands.

How to play?

The goal of the game is to find the geocaches in the provinces of the Netherlands. When a township is logged correctly it will be coloured in on your map in Ommetje Nederland. When you've found the Ommetje Nederland geocaches in all the townships of a province you'll get a banner which you can add to your profile on geocaching.com.

How to log a geocache on Ommetje Nederland?

• When you have found a geocache that is part of Ommetje Nederland, first log it on geocaching.com.
• Search for the township (gemeente) of the geocache and log the codeword you have found in the geocache in the Ommetje Nederland website. You can find it in the title of the geocache.
• If you're log was found on geocaching and the codeword is correct you have logged it with Ommetje Nederland correctly.
